Autumn Colour

As the last leaf fall draws so much nearer I took a last few pics of the colours in the garden the other day.

In the years that I have had the Acers shown I have never known the autumn colours to be anything like this year. i think it must have something to do with the care they have received this year.

Lemme guess. As unusual as it may be for Northern Ireland, you’ve had sunny, dry weather, with cool evenings – right? These are the conditions that lead to the best colors, especially red tones.

On the other hand, maybe you should stop telling ribald tales to your trees – save them the embarassment!

Thanks for sharing the beauty of your trees.
