A Web of Intrigue

Yesterday morning was one of those mornings that started with a lingering mist that was eventually burnt off by the very pleasant early autumn sun.

I could not resist a pic or two of some of the hundreds of spider’s webs made visible by the myriads of water droplets that adhered to them. My young grandson claimed with some authority that there had been an overnight invasion of spiders in Donaghadee.

They are quite beautiful. Some wiseacres tell us they are just the product of random happenstance. Now just believe that if you fancy!!

  1. Well captured Michael! They were the first thing I noticed when I walked out the front door yesterday. Such great weather at the moment! See you at club later if you’re going.
